You just can’t have the best of both worlds when to concealer. I find that hydrating concealers aren’t pigmented 99.9% of the time. Fact of the matter is if you want a creamy, moisturizing concealer that’s pigmented chances are you won’t find it. I did a post last week about how I suspected Tarte Shape Tape Ultra Creamy Concealer wasn’t as pigmented as the original and I’m right. It has a moisturizing matte finish that’s ideal for drier or aging eyes that doesn’t settle nor cake into eyes while providing up to 24 hours of moisture and 12 hours of coverage.
